About Pedro Miranda
Pedro Miranda is an Associate Accountant for Private Client Services in the Cryptocurrency Department. He prepares crypto tax returns for VIP clients who have above-average trading volume and complexity.
Pedro enjoys helping our most complex cryptocurrency tax clients and solving unique challenges. His clients frequently experiment with the cutting edge of blockchain technology, so there’s always something new to learn. He also enjoys collaborating closely with clients who want to understand the details of how their crypto activity is taxed.
Pedro is often able to save clients millions of dollars in taxes compared to the results of crypto tax software, due to their high trade volume and complex activity that software may not be able to handle.
Prior to joining Gordon Law Group, Pedro served in the Army Reserves for 8 years, where he gained experience in data entry and central billing; this is where his interest in accounting and bookkeeping began. He then attended Northeastern Illinois University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
The growth of cryptocurrency inspired Pedro to pursue a career at Gordon Law Group. He enjoys the fact that crypto accounting is “always fresh” due to new platforms, technology, and regulations.
During his free time, Pedro enjoys trying local restaurants and playing all types of sports.
