Peter Kang, Esq.

Peter Kang is a seasoned tax attorney with more than 6 years of experience representing thousands of individuals and businesses against the IRS and state tax agencies. He has saved taxpayers millions of dollars through settlements, negotiations, penalty abatements, and audit defense work.

Prior to joining Gordon Law, Peter served as a senior practitioner and team lead at a national tax defense firm. In addition to serving his own clients, he trained new attorneys and support staff on how to advocate aggressively and successfully for clients before the IRS and state tax agencies. Peter is also an experienced CLE instructor, teaching on various tax-related topics.

When he’s not at work, Peter is an amateur cook, avid baker, and boardgame enthusiast who enjoys attending sporting events and concerts.
