Michael Brandwein is a Partner at Gordon Law Group, leading the Corporate Law and Tax Compliance practices. He handles contracts, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general business representation, and has negotiated settlements on behalf of clients in business and tax disputes. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and is admitted in Illinois and to the U.S. Tax Court.
