About Jennifer Keegan
Jennifer Keegan is a tax controversy attorney who has advised businesses and high net worth taxpayers on complex federal tax matters, regulatory compliance, litigation, and risk management for more than a decade. She built and led the tax controversy practice group at Plante Moran, where she represented clients in IRS examinations, appeals, and other federal tax dispute resolution matters. Before focusing her practice on tax law, Jennifer served as an Assistant Public Defender and later as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, where she litigated complex appellate and post-conviction matters in state and federal courts, including briefing cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
